For the 2024 edition of the Italian Insurtech Summit, Pielle oversaw the complete setup of the Milan Luiss Hub, transforming it into an immersive space dedicated to the future of the insurance ecosystem. A project in which branding, functionality, and visual consistency guided every choice.

The entrances featured totems and institutional signage, designed to guide attendees through the exhibition. The main hall featured a fully customized stage, illuminated by a color palette that reflected this year’s theme—Innovation Out of the Box—and designed to ensure maximum readability of content during keynotes, panels, and technical sessions.

We created sponsor desks and backwalls, coordinated in style and format, to create a tidy, recognizable networking area consistent with the event’s identity. The graphic materials, developed and adapted for the various surfaces, created an immersive environment that enhanced both partners and the opportunities for interaction between attendees.

A precise, solid, and modular project, designed to support the fast-paced pace of the Summit and to offer speakers, partners, and guests a professional, contemporary, and visually striking experience.
